. This is a schematic of a plan for online classes for KENYA schools and a few colleges.
.
The overall management of the online classes should be the responsibility of a coordinator in the office of the KENYA  Minisitry of Education.
.
The Coordinator is shown in magenta because that person isnot yet known.
.
Moses, Myron, Richard, and Tara have fulfilled pieces of the Coordinator's role.  Their involvement will reduce as the Coordinator
assumes the role.
.
. On the right are the KENYA Colleges and schools with online Hot Spots.  There are currently three schools with Wi-Fi Hot Spots.  Some colleges and more schools, up to an Nth number, could be added if funds were available to pay for the connection.
.
. The money to pay for Wi-Fi connection is shown in magenta because the Colleges and other schools are not yet funding the connection.
.
. On the left are devices and the LENAPE history course to enable the online teaching of the LENAPE history.  This semester course is a  proof of concept trial to demonstrate what is possible by using online classes.
.
. Other online courses (represented by NORWICH U.) should be selected.
NORWICH curricula  are mostly designed to result in a Bachelor of Science diploma.

Still to be resolved is how KENYA, which provides the Internet connection and coordinates the college student access, and NORWICH, which provides the curricula content, should award the BS degree.
.
Perhaps the BS degree could be a joint (KENYA College)-NORWICH degree.
.
. The flow of Money is shown in magenta because the
Coordinator has not yet established the procedure for money transactions required to transfer money from the schools and donors to the Internet providers and online course providers.

As this demonstration trial goes on, an acting
Coordinator should be appointed to develop the Coordinator's functions.  The goal should be to secure funds from schools and donors to enable the continued service of the Intetnet Hot Spots and to secure online courses for the students and teachers to study.
.
Selecting the acting coordinator and creating the protocall for money transfer are the two next things that should happen.
.
The Misistry of Education should be involved in these actions.
.
I suggest a meeting with the Minister of Education should happen soon.
.
We need a coordinator in the Minsitry of Education's office and a procedure to transfer money before we ask for donations to keep the online classes available to Kenya schools.
